2024-25 Indoor:

Won the mile at the SVSU Classic in a career-best 4:11.86 and was also on the runner-up 4x400
Took gold in the 3,000m in 8:30.48, eighth in school history
Placed third in the mile (4:15.59) and was on the second-place 4x400 at the Akron Invite
Had a wire-to-wire finish to win the mile in 4:13.53 at the Horizon League Championships, the first mile HL win in school history, and was also a part of the third-place 4x400 and sixth-place distance medley relay

2024 Outdoor:

Opened the outdoor campaign with a career-best 15:29.49 for 11th in the 5,000m at Eastern Illinois
Won the open 1,500m in 3:57.61 at Bucknell's Bison Classic
Was 14th in the 1,500m (3:56.89) and 17th in the 800m (1:56.42) at Ohio State's Jesse Owens Classic
Earned fifth in the 1,500m in a career-low 3:52.49, third best in the school record book, and took seventh in the 800m in 1:57.79 as well as ran a leg on the fourth-place 4x400 at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships

2023-24 Indoor:

Started the season with a PR of 8:34.83 in the 3,000m for fifth at the SVSU Classic
Won the 800m at Eastern Michigan's Bob Parks Memorial with a 1:57.82
Finished seventh in the mile at the Akron Invitational with a 4:22.55 and 12th at Michigan's Silverston Invitational with a 4:16.28
Ran a career-best 4:14.52 in the mile for ninth and scored on the fifth-place 4x400 and sixth-place distance medley relay at the Horizon League Championships

2023 Outdoor:

Ran 1:57.18 in the 800m for 16th place at the Horizon League Championships
Qualified for the 1500m final at the #HLTF Championships after placing second and running 4:00.64 in the prelim, finished sixth in the final with a time of 4:04.86.

Personal record in the 3000m at the SVSU Classic
