2025 Outdoor:

• Helped the 4x400 to a win and the 4x100 to a bronze at the Chippewa Challenge
• Clocked a career-best 51.11 for ninth in the 400m and ran a leg on the third-place 4x100 and 4x400 at the Don Kleinow Memorial Invitational
   

2024-25 Indoor: 

• Placed third in the 400m (41.44) at Notre Dame's Blue & Gold Invitational 
• Ran a career-best 37.18 for eighth at the EMU Bob Parks Memorial
• Was on the second-place 4x400 at EMU, the Akron Invitational and the Silverston Invitational
• Scored on the third-place 4x400 and the sixth-place distance medley relay at the Horizon League Championships

2024 Outdoor:

• Finished 11th in the 400m in 52.12 at Oakland's Golden Grizzly Invite
• Part of the winning 4x400 and was fourth in the 400m in 51.70 at the Chippewa Challenge
• Earned runner-up in the 4x100 at Oakland's Elaine Leigh Invite, where he was also sixth in the 400m (52.10)
• Clocked a season-best 22.55 in the 200m and ran 51.77 in the 400m at Michigan's Len Paddock Open
• Ran a leg on the fourth-place 4x400 at the Horizon League Championship

2023-24 Indoor:

• Made his collegiate debut placing 11th in the 400m in a season-low 51.26
• Clocked 37.80 in the 300m for 10th at the SVSU Classic and 52.26 for 13th at the Akron Invitational
• Ran a leg on the third-place 4x400 at Grand Valley's Clinger Classic and Akron
• Finished eighth in the 400m in 52.24 at Michigan's Silverston Invitational
• Scored on the fifth-place 4x400 at the Horizon League Championship

• Lettered in cross country and track and field
• A three-time state qualifier 
• Claimed third in the 400-meters at the D2 finals as a senior and was part of the first-place 4x400-meter relay team as a sophomore
• Holds the school record in the 200m
• Won the 400m regional title as a junior and the BWAC 200m, 400m, 4x200 and 4x400-meter relays as a senior
