Career Highlights:

• Detroit Mercy Athletic Director's Honor Roll (2024)

2025 Outdoor:

• Placed ninth in the 800m (2:03.93), 14th in the 1,500m (4:09.42), and was on the sixth-place 4x400 at the Chippewa Challenge
• Ran a season-best 4:05.53 for 15th at Oakland's Elaine Leigh Invite
• Earned third in the 1,500m (4:07.03) at Concordia's Alumni Legacy
• Took 22nd in the 1,500m (4:16.34) at Ohio State's Jesse Owens Classic
• Ended the year with a PR in the 800m of 1:58.27 for 26th and was also 21st in the 1,500m (4:07.58) and 30th in the 5,000m (16:22.14) at the Horizon League Championships

2024-25 Indoor: 

• Clocked a 9:05.33 for 12th in the 3,000m at the SVSU Classic
• Was ninth in the 800m (2:10.07) and 13th in the mile (4:30.53) at the EMU Bob Parks Memorial
• Set his mile season-best of 4:30.18 for 11th at the Akron Invite
• Ran a leg on the winning 4x400 at Michigan's Silverston Invite
• Took 26th in the 800m (2:02.48) and 27th in the mile (4:38.95) at the Horizon League Championships

Prior To Detroit Mercy:

• Lettered in cross country and track and field
• A D1 regional scorer in the 800-meters as a senior
• Ran a leg on the 10th place 4x800-meter relay at the 2024 New Balance National
• Named All-Conference in cross country as a senior
• Helped his cross country team to a state title as a junior - the first in school history - and senior, taking 68th as a senior and 122nd as a junior

Personal:

• Son of Maureen and Todd Yaquinto
• His mom graduated from UDM
• Has a younger sister
• Chose Detroit Mercy because it was the best fit for him academically and athletically
• A Biology major
