2018-19

• As a senior – the lone senior on the squad – she guided Nazareth to a state championship and a New York State Federation title.
• A team captain as a senior, she averaged 10.5 points, 4.5 assists, 1.2 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game, and was at her best when it counted pouring in a season-high 22 points in the state semifinals.
• As a freshman, she helped Nazareth to a city and state championship as well as a runner-up effort at the NY Federation Championship.
• Came back the next year to tally 9.5 points and 2.3 assists per game, earning the team’s Most Improved Player, while once again helping the Kingsmen to a city and state championship even though the team had just seven players.
• Nailed a game-changing 3-pointer to propel the Kingsmen to a title at the NIKE TOC Championship, held in Phoenix, Arizona, as a junior.
• Played AAU for the NDO Lady Hornets and the Lady X-Men.
Personal
• Daughter of Rosemarie and Bruce Jackson.
• Has an older brother.
• Her father played basketball at Broome Community College and her uncle Keith played basketball at South Hampton University.
• Chose Detroit because on her unofficial visit, she felt Detroit was the perfect fit for her academically and athletically and during her time on campus, she felt at home and everyone treated her and her family.
