• Her grandfather, Lowell Perry, was an All-American Wide Receiver at the University of Michigan, who also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers professionally.
• Her uncle, Scott Perry, played basketball at Wayne State University and began his coaching career at Detroit Mercy under Ricky Byrdsong; He is currently the general manager of the New York Knicks.
