2012: Took part in eight of UDM’s nine races… Finished the season with a career time of 24:12 at the 6k NCAA Great Lakes Regional, claiming 194th… Was 49th at the Horizon League Championship in 20:15… Placed 16th at the EMU Open with a time of 20:43… A member of the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and the Horizon League's Fall and Spring Academic Honor Rolls.

2011: Recipient of the Coach's Award... Top five scorer in every race during her first collegiate cross country season... Set her 5k PR (19:54) at the National Catholic Championships... Finished 201st at the NCAA Regional in her 6k debut (24:57)... Earned 44th place at the Horizon League Championships... A member of the UDM Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and the Horizon League's Fall and Spring Academic Honor Rolls.

High School: Took seventh in the Division 3 300mH championship as a senior as well as tied for seventh in the high jump as a junior... She was also a high jump qualifier in 2009 and a 300mH qualifier in 2008.

Personal: Daughter of Kelly and Robert Smid... Majoring in nursing.
