- Set a personal record by crossing the finish line at the 21:13 mark at the Louisville Classic

- Made her collegiate debut in the season opener at Oakland University

- Took part in just one race as an unattached runner
High School:
- A four-year letter winner in cross country and track and field as well as a varsity letter in cheerleading
- Helped her cross country team to a regional championship as a senior
- Earned All-League and All-Region as a senior and All-County Second Team as a junior and senior
- A cross country state qualifier in Division 4 as a junior and senior
- In track, she was All-State, All-League and All-Region three times in the 4x800-meter relay
- Guided her squad to a Division 2 runner-up finish as a senior
- She was also an indoor state qualifier in the 800-meters as a senior
- Ran with Footlocker in cross country and the New Balance Nationals in 2015 and was part of the MM Track Club and the Greater Flint Track Club
- A member of the National Honor Society, Rotary Interact and Model United Nations in high school
