2016: Named to IWLCA Academic Honor Roll ... Saw time in three contests ... Scored one goal on seven shots, three shots on goal ... Converted on her only free-position opportunity ... Scored marker against Delaware State (3/13), taking four shots ... Had three shots, including two on goal, vs. Howard (5/1) ... Named to the UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2015: Played in five games for the Titans ... Scored four goals on five shots, while adding one assist for five points ... Added three ground balls and one draw control ... Made season debut in win over Cincinnati (2/20) ... Scored two goals against Kennesaw State (3/29) ... Tallied three points on two goals and one assist, while collecting two ground balls vs. Howard (4/11) ... Named to UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2014: Freshman saw time in six games... Made her collegiate debut at Louisville (2/16)... Recorded two goals taking seven shots with six of her seven shots on goal... Scored her first collegiate goal against Delaware State (3/11)... Scored her second goal of the year and took a season-high five shots against Howard (4/13)... Picked up a ground ball vs. Duquesne (3/16) and had a draw control vs. Delaware State ... Named to UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Prior to Detroit: Earned four letters in lacrosse playing at Canton High School... Garnered All-League honors and Scholar Athlete recognition in each of her final three years of school... Also garnered the All-State Academic award and Plymouth-Canton Education All-Park Team her junior and senior years... In her final season of play, she was named an All-State honorable mention... Holds the record for most points in a season with 66 her senior year, including 43 goals... Played club lacrosse with the Detroit Coyotes for two years playing with Lauren Sharkey... Also played Plymouth Canton Salem Girls Ice Hockey in 2013... Earned a varsity letter for swimming in 2009. 

Personal: Daughter of Jeffery and Beverly Niermann... Has one sibling, Gerard... Enjoys photography, ice hockey, swimming... Was part of DECA and the National Honors Society in high school... Enrolled in five-year MBA program.
