The reigning Titan MVP and team captain, Slusher is one of five seniors on the team, and one of four who has started in every game in which they have appeared…Another Titan student-athlete who gets the job done in the classroom, Slusher has twice been named to the Horizon League Academic and UDM’s Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2007-Junior: Named the Titans’ MVP as well as their Defensive Player of the Year…Also Received All-Horizon League Second Team recognition for the second consecutive season after leading a Titan defense that pitched six shutouts on the season…The Titan defensive prowl blanked the number two scoring team in the conference, Milwaukee, in a scoreless home tie, as well as holding Wright State, the top scoring team in the Horizon League, to one goal in its regular season contest…Recorded 11 shots on the year, including four on goal...Following the season, she was the recepient of the women’s Titan Club Award for athletic and academic excellence.

2006-Sophomore: Received second-team All-Horizon League honors, while also making the Horizon League and the Ohana Hotels and Resorts Classic All-Tournament Teams...Started all 21 games along the Titan back line…Picked up her first career assist against Cleveland State…Added another helper on the game wining-goal against Butler…Named UDM’s 2006-07 Fr. Norbert Heutter, S.J. Award winner given to a student-athlete who best exemplifies attitude, dedication and leadership.

2005-Freshman: Started all 18 matches she appeared in…Named to the Boilermaker Challenge Cup All-Tournament Team for her efforts against DePaul and Cal Poly.

Prior to Detroit: Three-year letter winner at Stevenson HS...Selected team’s Top Defender as a sophomore and a junior…Named Stevenson’s "Miss Titan" as a senior...Named Honorable Mention All-State as a junior...Team posted an 18-1-1 record her senior campaign.

Personal: Majoring in bio-chemistry...Is the daughter of Randall Slusher and Laura Tatangelo...Has two sisters, Rae Anne and Audrey...Born on Oct. 16, 1987.
