• Tallied a career time of 5:25.69 in the mile for 20th at the SVSU Tune-Up
• Had a couple of career bests at the Horizon League Championships, clocking 18:24.99 for 29th in the 5,000m and 10:42.04 in the 3,000m for 31st

• Earned sixth in the 3,000m steeplechase in 12:13.57 for sixth at Oakland's Golden Grizzlies Invite
• Posted a career-best 11:05.57 for 10th in the Chippewa Challenge
• Ran 19:23.42 for 18th in the 5,000m at Oakland's Elaine Leigh Invite
• Claimed 17th in the 3,000m steeplechase in 12:35.80 at the Jesse Owens Classic

• Posted a season-best 11:17.31 in the 3,000m for fifth at the Chippewa Challenge

• Helped her team to a pair of OFSAA bronze finishes in 2022 and 2023
• Was the Lambton Kent District individual champion in cross country in 2019, leading her team to a title
• Also won the 2019 Windsor Invite title and guided the team to a SWOSSAA championship
• Won the SWOSSA steeplechase in 2022 and 2023, setting a meet record as a junior
