2013 Outdoor:  Returned to competition running 3000m (11:20.70) at Toledo… Ran 3000m PR at EMU of 11:02.23… 5000m PR of 18:50.86 at Hillsdale…Did not finish 10,000m debut at Horizon League and placed 20th in 5000m (20:12.09).
 
2013 Indoor:  Competed twice in injury shortened season... 11:37.73 3000m at Simmons-Harvey Invitational and then a 5000m PR of 19:15.95 at IPFW taking fourth.

2012 Outdoor:  Returned to action at Toledo (3/31) running 19:40.93 in 5000m... 3000m PR of 11:10.60 finishing fifth versus Oakland (4/7)... Had 5000m best of 19:30.82 at Al Owens Classic at Grand Valley  State (4/20-21).
 
2012 indoor:  Did not compete
 
2011 Outdoor: 1500m best time of 5:08.56 (16th) came at the league meet... Made her 5000m debut at EMU (19:36.96).
 
2011 Indoor: Ran lead-off 1200m leg (3:50) on the sixth place Horizon League Distance Medley (12:37.22 #7 Titan)... Finished 15th in mile (5:32.45)... Season-best mile (5:29.50) came at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational.
 
High School: Earned four varsity letters in both cross country and track & field... Placed seventh at the state cross country meet in 2006... Regional medalist in 2008 and ‘09... Two-time All-Conference and All-Area selection... Also a regional medalist in track... Placed eighth in the 1600m in 2007 and ‘08, improved to fourth in 2010... Ran a 19:53 5k... Recorded a time of 2:26 in the 800m.
