Adrianne Borland was hired as an Assistant Director of Sports Medicine in April of 2026.
She comes to UDM after serving as an assistant trainer at Pryde Athletics and Physical Therapy in Canton, Michigan, where she provided clinical staff support, outreach athletic training services to Detroit City Football Club Youth West, and various athletic training and recovery services at Northville Pickleball Club.
Prior to that, she was an outreach athletic trainer with Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama, where she provided athletic training services to Bob Jones High School and its 20 athletic programs, and with Encore Rehabilitation, Inc. , in Cullman, Alabama, working with Hanceville High School and Hanceville Middle School.
She graduated from Eastern Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and earned a master's in Strategic Healthcare Administration and Management from Athens State University.
