Benjamin Bieszki was promoted to Equipment Manager in September 2021 anf to Assistant Director of Facilities & Equipment in January of 2022 for the University of Detroit Mercy Department of Athletics.
He joined the Titans as an Operations Assistant during the fall of 2019 and returned in the summer of 2020 as a graduate assistant prior to his appointment as the new Equipment Manager in 2021.
Prior to joining the Titans, Bieszki worked in the Marketing & Promotions Department at the United Shores Professional Baseball League (USPBL) during the 2018 season. He was part of game day staff responsible for marketing and promotions, also managing small groups of individuals and selling Kid's Club memberships.
While at his alma mater, Rochester College, Bieszki interned for the Associate Athletic Director in a variety or roles. He was also a captain of the baseball team and played all four years at Rochester College.
Bieszki graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Rochester College in April 2019 and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University.
