Traci Stewart joined Titan athletic as a FAR in the summer of 2021.
She is an Assistant Professor in the McAuley School of Nursing having joined the University of Detroit Mercy in 2019. Stewart teaches in the undergraduate nursing program with a focus on community health nursing. She is a board certified Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse.
Stewart was a four-year letter winner in soccer at Siena Heights from 1998-2001, where she was a co-captain as a senior and a two-time All-WHAC selection. She started her collegiate career as a midfielder and moved to defense and was part of three Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Championships. She earned the Coaches Choice Award as a senior and would later be recognized with an Outstanding Alumni Award in 2009.
She also holds a nurse educator certificate. Dr. Stewart earned her D.N.P. degree from Madonna University. She has a passion for working with Veterans and the LGBT populations and presented on behalf of both of these groups.
