Freshman Drew Pierson helped the Titans record a much-needed point in their playoff push by scoring the lone goal in a 1-1 tie with Purdue Fort Wayne. In the 73rd minute, Pierson stepped up for a penalty kick, but his initial shot was saved, but he responded by getting the rebound and knocking it past the keeper for the equalizer.
