Sophomore midfielder Daniel Iyok (Rochester Hills, Mich.) scored the first Titan goal of the season -- also his first collegiate goal -- off a penalty kick to give Detroit Mercy a 1-0 first-half lead at Cal on Friday. Iyok started both games for the Titans in the season-opening weekend, posting three shots total.
