Graduate senior Ben Kendell (Huntington Woods, Mich.) continued his tremendous final season in cross country, placing second at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Friday in Terre Haute, Ind. Kendell, who led for much of the race, earned runner-up and All-Region honors with a time of 31:11.2 and qualified for the NCAA Championships with his finish. His time was the second-best 10K time in school history and the highest finish for a Horizon League runner since 2008.
