Freshman guard Sylare Starks (Fort Wayne, Ind.) shared the team-lead in scoring in both games last week for the Titans. Starks averaged 14.0 points per game in the pair of home games, shooting 50 percent from the floor (10-of-20). Starks scored 13 points to help lead a balanced scoring attack in a 70-59 home win over Cleveland State. She then scored 15 points against Youngstown State on Saturday. Starks hit three 3-pointers in both games last week and added four steals and four assists. She leads the Titans and all Horizon League freshmen in scoring at 9.9 points per game and has knocked down 28 triples in 2019-20.
