SERIES RECORD
Detroit leads the overall series with Bowling Green, 10-9. The last meeting between these two teams was on Nov. 10, 2006 and the Titans fell by a score of 68-37 in Detroit. The last win for UDM against the Falcons was on Nov. 20, 2001 when the Titans claimed a 67-62 victory at Calihan Hall.On Dec. 2, 2000 Detroit faced the Falcons in Bowling Green and the Titans won by a score of 94-75 to mark the last time UDM won on BGSU's home court.
ABOUT BOWLING GREEN
Bowling Green heads into Wednesday's game on a four-game winning streak and a 4-2 overall record. The last win for the Falcons came at UNC Greensboro on Nov. 29 as BGSU won by a score of 71-53. The Falcons played a Horizon League member school earlier in the season, Valparaiso, and lost by a score of 69-58 in Indiana on Nov. 19. Lauren Prochaska leads her teammates in scoring average (17.3 ppg) and rebounding average (6.5 rpg).

Lauren Allen has led or tied for the lead among teammates in rebounds in five out of UDM's six games, including a six carom showing at Albany on Dec. 1.
COULDN'T MISS
Senior
Sandi Brown was perfect from the charity stripe at Albany on Dec. 1 as she made all six of her attempts to tie her career-high of made free throws.
“THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME...”
Senior
Sandi Brown and sophomore Kealy McNally will return to their home state on Dec. 3 as Brown is from Toledo and McNally hails from Rocky River.
FROM THE FIELD

Lauren Allen shot 60 percent from the field (6-of-10) at Albany on Dec. 1, which was a game second-best showing of made field goals.
GOOD BYE, FOR NOW
Detroit played its last two games in the state of New York, but the Titans will be back in the Empire State as they have a match-up against Canisius in Buffalo, NY, on Dec. 28.
SHE DID IT AGAIN
On Nov. 29 at Colgate, junior
Brigid Mulroy led all scorers for the second game in a row as she poured in 16 points after shooting 7-of-16 from the field. In Detroit's match-up against Indiana State four days earlier, Mulroy scored a game-high and a personal-best 21 points.
THREE'S COMPANY
Detroit has had three players score in double figures in a single game three times this season, with the last coming at Colgate on Nov. 29 as

Brigid Mulroy is currently 14th among conference peers in scoring average (12.3 ppg), while senior
Zemora Davis is 20th (10.3 ppg). Mulory is also tied for third in 3-point field goals made average (2.3), while freshman
Lauren Allen sits tied for ninth in rebounding average (6.7 rpg).
“ON THE ROAD, AGAIN...”
The Titans are in the middle of a four-game stretch playing away from Detroit and UDM will play the next six of seven games away from Calihan Hall.
LAST TIME OUT
Despite leading by two at the half, the Detroit women's basketball team dropped a 62-49 decision to the University at Albany on Dec. 1 at the SEFCU Arena in Albany, NY.
The Titans took the lead at 15:45 after freshman
Jalesa Jones hit a 3-pointer to put the score at 5-3. Detroit was able to maintain its lead for the next 10 minutes, which included six points from senior
Sandi Brown, who ended with a team-high 14 points. Albany (1-6) tied the score at 14 with just over five minutes left in the half, but Brown scored two more points at 1:23 to help send Detroit into break with a 24-22 advantage over the Great Danes.
UDM redshirt freshman
Talicia Washington knotted the score at 35 with a made free throw at 12:16 in the second stanza, but that was the closest Detroit would get to Albany as the Great Danes pulled away and took the first double-digit lead by either team (51-39) at 5:50 after Tiffanie Johnson hit one of her three treys of the night. Detroit shrunk Albany's lead to seven (51-44) after Brown made both of her attempts at the line at 4:29, but the Great Danes made seven free throws down the stretch to help secure its victory over the Titans.
Freshman
Lauren Allen shot 60 percent on the night to score a team second-best 12 points and she also grabbed a team-high six rebounds. Brown added three steals and two assists in 32 minutes of play.
Detroit shot 44 percent on the night, while Albany was 21-of-56 from the field (38 percent). The Great Danes made 11 from long range, which included five from Aiken, while the Titans shot 17 percent from beyond the arc.
NO ALARMS WERE SET OFF
Senior
Sandi Brown tallied a season-high and game-best five steals at Colgate on Nov. 29. Brown was one away from tying her career-high in this category, which was set on Jan. 4, 2007 against Green Bay.
VS. RANKED TEAMS
The Detroit Titans made history on Nov. 22 as UDM defeated #23 Georgia by a score of 70-66 at Calihan Hall. This marked the first time since the conference changed its name to the Horizon League (2001-02) in which the Titans defeated a ranked opponent. UDM now owns a 1-11 mark in this category.
GOING BACK IN TIME
Detroit's win over Southeastern Conference member school, Georgia, was the first win against an SEC school since Nov. 23, 1979 when the Titans defeated Louisiana State by a score of 84-76 in Detroit. Prior to Saturday's victory, the Titans had lost 13-straight to SEC schools.
COACHING DEBUT AT HOME
Autumn Rademacher coached her first game for the Titans on UDM's home court against #23 Georgia and Detroit came out on the winning end, 70-66. Since the start of UDM women's basketball (1977-78), Rademacher and the eight full-time head coaches prior, now own a collective 4-5 record in their coaching debut on Detroit's home court.
DOUBLE TROUBLE
Freshman
Lauren Allen collected her first career double-double as she netted a team third-best 13 points and tied for a game-high 11 rebounds against Georgia (Nov. 22). Allen also dished out a team second-best five assists.
DETROIT INKS THREE
UDM head coach Autumn Rademacher announced that three student-athletes have signed National Letters of Intent to play for the Titans, beginning with the 2009-10 season. The signees are: Demeisha Fambro (G, 5-9, Detroit, MI/Crockett Tech), Kassandra Hooten (F, 6-0, Moorhead, MN/Moorhead) and Cherridy Thornton (F, 6-1, Detroit, MI/Frank Cody Senior).
FINAL FOUR IN DETROIT
The University of Detroit Mercy will serve as the host institution for the 2009 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Final Four, which will be held on April 4 & 6, 2009 at Ford Field in Detroit, MI.
