DETROIT (2/11/13) –The University of Detroit Mercy men's basketball team returns home this week to host Cleveland State on Tuesday, Feb. 12 in a “Blue Out”. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. ET at Calihan Hall and will be streamed live on ESPN3. Will Haskett and Bernie Fuhs '03 will call the game. The Titans will wear blue uniforms for just the fifth time in program history on Tuesday, while the first 1,000 fans in attendance receive a FREE blue Titans t-shirt.

Junior guard
Ray McCallum scored a season-high 30 points, but it wasn't enough as the University of Detroit Mercy men's basketball team's four game win streak was snapped with a 68-59 loss to Green Bay on Saturday afternoon at the Resch Center.
McCallum finished the day with 30 points on 12-of-19 shooting, while grabbing five rebounds to go along with four steals, two assists, and one blocked shot to lead Detroit (16-9, 8-4 HL), while classmate
Jason Calliste pitched in 14 points, two assists, and two steals.
Doug Anderson finished with nine points and six rebounds for the Titans, while
Nick Minnerath grabbed a team-high seven boards to go along with four points.
UDM led at the half, 33-30, before being outscored by the Phoenix, 38-26, in the second stanza.
The Titans ended the game shooting 40.7 percent (22-54) from the field, including 27.8 percent (5-18) from downtown, while Green Bay shot 43.1 percent (22-51) overall, including 46.2 percent from beyond the arc (6-13).
SERIES WITH CLEVELAND STATE
This will be the 55th meeting between Detroit and Cleveland State, with the Titans owning a 36-18 lead. The Vikings won the first meeting this season 74-62 at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
ABOUT THE VIKINGS
Bryn Forbes scored a career-high 24 points, but Valparaiso scored the first 12 points of the game and led wire-to-wire in an 80-72 win over Cleveland State on Saturday afternoon in Horizon League action in the Wolstein Center.
The Vikings had their two-game win streak snapped and fell to 12-13 overall and 4-7 in the Horizon League, while Valpo improved to 19-6 overall and strengthened its hold on first place in the league at 9-2.
Forbes hit 8-of-10 from the field, including all four of his three-pointers, to better his old career-high of 22 points against Loyola on Jan. 23. It was his 17th double figure scoring game in the last 19 contests. He added five rebounds.
Marlin Mason finished with 16 points and four assists off the bench, while Tim Kamczyc tallied 10 points and eight rebounds. Charlie Lee totaled eight points and six assists, his 14th game with at least five assists. He also raised his career assist total to 202, becoming the fifth player in program history to reach 200 career assists as a sophomore.

Doug Anderson (11.9 ppg), along with sophomore forward Juwan Howard, Jr. (9.4 ppg) fill out the starting five. Detroit's starters are responsible for 86.2 percent of the Titans scoring, while four rank among the top-20 in the Horizon League.

CST Radio, will broadcast four of the final men's and women's home basketball games through February and March. CST Radio, which can be heard online, will also pickup any of the home postseason games for both teams.
CST Radio will broadcast the final two men's home games against Cleveland State (Feb. 12) and Loyola (Feb. 26), before picking up the women's games against Green Bay (Feb. 28) and Milwaukee (March 2).

CLOSING IN ON 1,000
Detroit junior guard
Jason Calliste is closing in on becoming the 38th player Titan history to reach the 1,000-point plateau in his career. Calliste enters Tuesday's game with 982 career points and is averaging 14.0 ppg, which ranks eighth in the Horizon League.
CLIMBING THE CHARTS

Ray McCallum currently leads the Titans in three categories this season scoring (18.9 ppg), assists (4.8 apg), and steals (1.8 spg.) and is also climbing up the career record board in all three. McCallum has 1,474 points (13th), 416 assist (8th) and 157 steals (4th) in his career. The last Titan to rank among the top-10 in all three of those categories was Rashad Phillips '01. Phillips finished his spectacular career with 2,319 points (1st), 548 assists (4th) and 190 steals (2nd). McCallum needs 128 points to reach that plateau.
ALL ALONE
Ray McCallum is also close to becoming the first Titan ever to record 1,500 points (1,474), 500 rebounds (440), 500 assists (416) and 150 steals (157) in a career.
ONE OF THE BEST IN THE NATION
The Titans are one of the best teams in the nation in turnover margin where they rank fifth (+5.1) overall. Detroit has forced 413 turnovers, while only committing 285 through 25 games this season. VCU (+8.0), Arkansas (+6.6), Louisville (+6.3) and Eastern Kentucky (+5.8) are the only teams with a higher turnover ratio than the Titans.
RACKING UP SOME POINTS
As a team the Titans lead the Horizon League and rank eighth in the nation in scoring with 78.3 points per game. The Titans average 84.0 points per game at home, compared to 72.2 per game on the road, but the defense has stayed steady only giving up 69.5 at home and 70.2 on the road.
RED, WHITE AND BLUE
The Titans have worn three different uniform colors this season and hold a winning record in two. Detroit is 10-3 in white uniforms this season, 5-3 in red and 1-3 in blue.
