DETROIT (10/7/2015) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's basketball team will have two games air on the American Sports Network during the 2015-16 season.
The two games are part of the Horizon League's partnership with the network, which is in its second year.
Detroit's home game against Valparaiso on Sunday, Jan. 10, will be the first game of the year on ASN. Fans should take note that tip-off has been moved to 1:00 p.m.
Last season, Detroit defeated the Crusaders, who won the Horizon League regular season and conference championship, at home 63-60.
ASN will also broadcast the Titans game at Wright State on Monday, Jan. 18, with that scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start.
The League partnered with ASN last season to provide supplemental national television coverage of Horizon League basketball. ASN produced 10 games in the 2014-15 season.
ASN will produce 10 Horizon League men's basketball games, including eight conference matchups, during the 2015-16 season. Nine of the 10 Horizon League members will appear on ASN at least once.
