DETROIT (5/23/2016) -- Titan fans, supporters, alumni and golf addicts, make your reservations now for the 2016 Titans Golf Outing.
 
This year's event is set for Aug. 1 at Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center in Plymouth, Michigan. A shotgun start will go off at 10:00 a.m.
 
The cost to attend is $140 per golfer and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, four drink tickets and a buffet dinner. Those looking to only attend the dinner can do so at a cost of just $35.
 
There will also be great prizes and games at the event, including longest drive contest, raffles and a silent auction.
 
New to this year's Titans Golf Outing is your chance to have a Titan coach or staff member be a part of your foursome by submitting your bid to win the auction. Opening bids vary with University of Detroit Mercy President Dr. Antoine Garibaldi, Director of Athletics Robert C. Vowels, Jr., head men's basketball coach Bacari Alexander '99 and head women's basketball coach Bernard Scott all starting at $750. 
 
All the other Titan coaches and staff members along with the Voice of the men's basketball team Dan Leach will start at $600.
