DETROIT (2/22/2017) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's basketball team closes out the regular season on the road this weekend, visiting Cleveland State and Youngstown State on Thursday and Saturday, respectively. The Titans (15-12, 11-5 HL) begin the road trip in Cleveland on Thursday for a 7 p.m. contest against the Vikings (13-14, 8-8 HL) from the Wolstein Center. Admission into the game is free.
Detroit Mercy is coming off an 85-80 victory Monday over Wright State on Senior Day. The Titans completed a 9-0 mark in Horizon League home games and clinched their second-straight winning season in the process. The red, white and blue finished the year 10-2 in Calihan Hall home games.
The Titans are in third place in the Horizon League standings, tied with Milwaukee at 11-5. Detroit Mercy is two games back of Green Bay for second place.

• Detroit Mercy finished 9-0 in Horizon League home contests this season. Overall, the Titans went 10-2 at Calihan Hall. The 9-0 home mark was the best home league record since the 1996-97 squad went 8-0.
• The Titans clinched their second-straight winning season under head coach
Bernard Scott. Detroit Mercy has a 15-12 record with two games left in the regular season. The Titans went 15-15 last season in coach Scott's first season at the helm of the Titans.

Brianne Cohen is just 30 points shy of becoming the 21st player in school history to surpass the 1,000-point plateau. She has 970 career points.
• Senior
Rosanna Reynolds made her 123rd consecutive start in her career in Detroit Mercy's game at Valpo, becoming the all-time leader in game starts. Between Reynolds (124) and fellow senior
Haleigh Ristovski (98), the pair have made 222 starts in their careers. The duo have started the past 87 games for Detroit Mercy.

Haleigh Ristovski became the first player in school history with 800 points, 800 rebounds and 300 assists after recording 15 rebounds at Valparaiso. She was the fifth Titan to record 800 career boards and is five boards shy of fourth place on the career list.

Brianne Cohen ranks first in the HL and 16th in the NCAA with 59.6 FG percentage. In her last game, Cohen shot 8-for-8 from the floor and has a 64.2 percent shooting percentage (104-for-162) in league games.
• Detroit Mercy is nearing the mark for the most 3-pointers made in one season (234), which was set last season in head coach
Bernard Scott's first season as head coach. The Titans have 218 treys after 27 games.
• The Titans lead the Horizon League with 271 assists and 16.9 assists per game in conference play.
• Good starts: Detroit Mercy is out-scoring its opponents by 110 points in the first-quarter of games this season (518-408).

Rosanna Reynolds became the Titans career leader in assists vs. Milwaukee on Feb. 2, totaling eight dimes to surpass Jalesa Jones for No. 1 on the all-time list.

Haleigh Ristovski is in the top 25 in the country in two statistical categories -- No. 11 in defensive rebounding (7.4) and No. 25 in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.56).
• Reynolds has the top-two assist totals this season in the Horizon League, tallying 11 vs. UIC and 12 at Milwaukee. Reynolds ranks second in the conference in total assists (140) and assists per game (5.2).
• The Titans are among the NCAA leaders in defensive rebounding (14th, 29.4 per game), 3-point field goals per game (27th, 8.1), assists per game (45th, 15.8), assist-to-turnover ratio (51st, 1.10) and scoring offense (66th, 71.5 ppg).

Brianne Cohen (1st, 59.6) and
Kelsey Mitchell (2nd, 57.5) are the top duo in the Horizon League in field goal percentage. The pair are 1-2 in HL-only games with both shooting over 63 percent.
• Reynolds, who ranks 39th in the nation in assists per game (5.2), reached 100 assists in the season for the fourth time in her career this season. Her career-best is 149 and she has 140 this season.
• The Titans have recorded 100 blocks as a team for the second-straight season (107). In the past two seasons, Detroit Mercy has 213 blocks.
• Junior
Nicole Urbanick is quickly moving up the all-time 3-pointers made list and ranks sixth with 186. She is second in the HL in triples made per game (2.4).

Haleigh Ristovski is tied for the league lead in assist-to-turnover ratio at 2.6 (87 assists, 34 turnovers).
Last Time Out
Detroit Mercy finished the regular-season at home with its ninth-straight victory at Calihan Hall in an 85-80 Senior Night victory over first-place Wright State. The Titans completed a perfect 9-0 mark in HL home games.
The trio of seniors combined for 43 points, with
Haleigh Ristovski notching her third double-digit scoring effort of her senior year with 17 points.
Rosanna Reynolds added 16 points and
Kelsey Mitchell had 10 points. Five Titans were in doubles and
Brianne Cohen had 20 points on 8-of-8 shooting.
Nicole Urbanick had 10 points. The Titans shot 52 percent in the contest.

Detroit Mercy has won all three games against Cleveland State in the past two seasons under head coach
Bernard Scott's leadership. The Titans are 39-15 all-time against the Vikings in the series that began in 1981. The Titans are 14-12 in games played in Cleveland. Detroit Mercy has won four-straight against the Vikings overall dating back to the 2014-15 season.Â
Detroit Mercy earned a 66-54 victory over CSU earlier this season at Calihan Hall on Jan. 22.
Brianne Cohen went 9-of-11 from the floor and scored a game-high 24 points.
Haleigh Ristovski had 13 rebounds for the Titans, while both
Nicole Urbanick (12 points) and
Rosanna Reynolds (11 points) were in double figures for Detroit Mercy. The Titans shot 44.1 percent from the floor and had a commanding rebound advantage, 48-31.
Scouting Cleveland State
The Vikings are in the middle of the Horizon League standings at 8-8 overall entering the final weekend of the regular season. Cleveland State has a 13-14 record overall on the year and are 5-6 in home games. CSU is coming off a 77-58 victory over Northern Kentucky at home. Cleveland State is 4-3 in HL home games.
Sophomore guard Ashanti Abshaw is the team's leading scorer and one of the top HL scorers at 18.1 points per game. Khayla Livingson reached the 400-point plateau in her last game and is second on the team in scoring at 15.4 points per game. She also leads the team in assists with 125. Abshaw is the team's leading rebounder at 6.7 per game. Freshman Jade Ely is fourth on the team, averaging 6.5 points per game and also averages 5.4 rebounds.Â
The Abshaw-Livingston duo have combined for 110 3-pointers on the season and Cleveland State has made 194 treys on the year, making them at a 33.4 percent rate.
