DETROIT, MI. (4/15/18) -- The University of Detroit Mercy track and field teams finished up from two different sites on Saturday evening.
They were scheduled to finish Sunday afternoon from the Bison Classic, but opted not to participate on Sunday, and instead ended the weekend early.
Four Titans were racing on the campus of Bucknell University in the Bison Classic, while the rest of the squad was on site at #MetroSeries rival Oakland University for the Golden Grizzly Invitational.
Sophomore
Adam Fraeyman set a personal record in the steeplechase with his time of 9:43.98, which was also good enough to move him up to #5 all-time in the Titan record books.
James McCann set a new personal record in the 5,
000m with his time of 14:47.78, which also moved him into #5 all-time in the Titan history books.
Ben Kendell set an outdoor track and field record in the 5,000m with his mark of 14:15.14.
