DETROIT (1/8/2019) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's and women's basketball teams have both announced changes to their roster going forward.

Sophomore Lexey Tobel of the women's team and junior Tra'Quan Knight of the men's program have decided to withdraw from school immediately and seek a transfer. 

Tobel started all 14 games for the women and is the team's leading scorer at 11.4 points per game. Knight has seen action in nine games with two starts and is tallying 3.8 points and 2.7 rebounds.

Both programs will have no further comment on either student-athlete.
