Rebecca Measel led the Titans as the University of Detroit Mercy women's cross country team competed at the Horizon League Championship on Saturday.
In the first 6k of the year, Measel finished the race in 23:37, the second time this season she has led the Titan harriers.
Freshman
Kaitlin Murray was the second runner in ending at 23:52, while senior
Sarah DeDolph was the third Titan to cross the finish line, just behind Murray at 23:54.
As a team, the Titans had six runners race in the championship, held at the Valhalla Cross Country Course on the campus of Northern Kentucky in Highland Heights, Kentucky, finishing 10th overall with a team score of 312.
The Titans will now prepare for the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship hosted by Wisconsin on Nov. 15.
