Leduc Takes The Number One Spot In Weight At Windsor

WINDSOR, Ont. (1/12/20) - The University of Detroit Mercy men's track and field team was back in action after a short winter break. 

Two Titans took the top spots in their relative events. 

Graduate senior Eric Leduc took first in weight, throwing 16.86 meters which topples his old personal record of 15.86m, while sophomore Daniel Lanfear finished second in the high jump with a height of 1.98 meters also posting a new personal record.

Junior Jacob Spiaser also showed improvement for the Titans finishing 10th in the pole vault with 4.07 meters, while junior Justin Koch placed 24th in the 60m hurdles with a time of  9.83.
