DAYTON, Ohio (9/6/2021) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's soccer team kept Dayton off the scoreboard for the majority of the contest Monday evening, but the host Flyers were able to push across two late goals in the final 13 minutes of the contest as the Titans fell 2-0 from Baujan Field.
The road setback snapped a three-match unbeaten streak to open the season for Detroit Mercy (1-1-2), which doubled up on shots, 10-5, in the opening 45 minutes of the match over Dayton.
Senior defender
Jake Poorman had a shot on goal in 16th minute off a long cross from senior
