Jonathan Kliewer made six stops in net as the University of Detroit Mercy men's soccer team won at Milwaukee for the first time since 2012, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon.
The third-straight win upped the Titans to 4-5-4 overall and 3-1-3 in conference play, where they stand in third place in the Horizon League and inched closer to clinching a playoff spot and a home playoff game.

Samory Powder played a ball in the box and Sylvain was able to redirect it past the goalie for a score in the 26th minute.
In the second half, a few minutes after a diving save by Kliewer denied Milwaukee, the Titans had a free kick off a foul and Pierson's boot beat the defense and the keeper to the back of the net for a 2-0 advantage in the 58th minute.
That was all that was needed as the defense clamped down to keep the Panthers (1-7-5, 0-3-3 HL) off the scoreboard the rest of the way.
Detroit Mercy attempted just six shots, but three were on net with two in goal, and had five corner kicks. Milwaukee took 14 shots in the contest and had four corner kicks.
The shutout was the second on the year - both in HL play - and eighth in the career of Kliewer, with seven of those in conference action. Meanwhile, Powder registered a point in the third-straight game with his assist and is now tied for the league lead with six to go with three goals.
The Titans will be back in action on Tuesday, Oct. 18, as the red, white and blue visit Western Illinois in a non-conference battle.
