ROCHESTER (4/9/22) -- The University of Detroit Mercy men's 4x100 Relay team picked up its second consecutive win of the outdoor season as they tallied a 42.01 second time at the Oakland University Golden Grizzly Invitational. 

A Pair of Winners
Joseph Lietzow picked up a win in the Decathlon for the Titans with a total score of 4782. Lietzow took first in the 1500-Meter, 110 Hurdles, and the High Jump on his way to gold. 

Zachary Zaborney scored first overall in the Long Jump with a personal record distance of 6.70 meters. Zaborney also earned third in the Triple Jump at 12.66 meters which was second among Titans jumpers. 

Other Notable Finishes
John Paul Terzano placed third in the Javelin Throw at 49.80 meters. 

Daniel Lanfear tied his personal record at 2.05 meters in the High Jump which he set during the indoor season. 

Aquari Walker took second in the Triple Jump at 12.75 meters to lead Detroit Mercy.
