Cody Bartlett recorded runner-up performances and graduate senior
Zachary Zaborney tallied a pair of top-four efforts as the University of Detroit Mercy men's track team concluded the SVSU Classic on Friday.
Eding took second in the triple jump with a leap of 12.56-meters, while Bartlett was second in the high jump with a mark of 1.93m.
Zaborney claimed third in the triple jump at 12.28m and fourth in the long jump registering 6.28m.
Sophomore
Antonio Talley placed fourth in the 400-meters with a time of 35.83. Sophomore
Jaden McKenzie set a career mark in the 200m, finishing fifth in 22.81, while sophomore
Joshua Otten earned fifth in the 3,000m in a career-best 8:34.83.
Meanwhile, the 4x400-meter relay of Talley, junior
Luke Adamczyk and freshmen
Mike Ferguson and
Nicholas Johnson clocked a 3:25.45 for second.
The Titans will be back in action next Saturday as the team will compete in the EMU Invite next Saturday, Jan. 20.
