DETROIT (3/30/2024) -- Eight Titans found the back of the net as the University of Detroit Mercy men's lacrosse team used a big run in the first half and a fourth-quarter spurt to defeat Queens, 12-7, on Saturday.
Sophomore
Drew Kessenich tallied four points on three goals, while graduate senior
Luke Majick had four points on two goals and two assists. Junior
Aidan Bishop added two scores and junior
Will Marshall posted a career-high three caused turnovers, picked up three ground balls and scored a goal.

Ryan Richters made 12 saves in net and freshman
Joey Nawrocki won 7-of-16 faceoffs.
The Titans (1-7, 1-3 ASUN) were in front 3-1 early in the second and then upped its advantage to 7-2 after scoring four straight before going into the half with an 8-4 lead.
Queens (2-6, 1-3 ASUN) would trim that to 8-6, but UDM opened the fourth with a pair of scores and put the game away with two markers in the final three minutes.
Detroit Mercy will have a week off before heading to Lindenwood next week.
