DETROIT (5/13/2024) -- University of Detroit Mercy men's basketball head coach Mark Montgomery continues to retool the Titans' roster as he announced that a pair of local standouts in Legend Geeter (River Rouge, Mich./River Rouge) and Orlando Lovejoy (Detroit, Mich./Summit Academy North) will don the red, white and blue.

Both are coming from Eastern Michigan and will have two years of eligibility.

"I think both Legend and Orlando will add some veteran experience to the roster as both guys have been through the rigors of college basketball," said Montgomery. "They are hard-working student-athletes who continue to improve, and they are looking to come back and make an impact in their hometown."

Coach Montgomery On Geeter: "Legend is a forward who was a top high school prospect and played at a power five. He can rebound and defend and brings some athleticism to our program. He also has good vision on the court as a big man."

Orlando Lovejoy 6-3 * 190-lb * Detroit, Mich. * Summit Academy North
