Davis will play for the Kings' squad in the California Classic from July 6- 10. He will be part of the team playing at the Chase Center in San Francisco, featuring the Warriors, Lakers, and Heat.

The Kings will field two Cal Classic teams, with one team also in the Golden One Center, and the event will have modified game play rules and culminate in the inaugural Battle of NorCal between the two sites. The games will be on ESPN and NBA TV.

In his first season as a pro with the Rip City Remix, the G-League affiliate for the Portland Trail Blazers, he averaged 14.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists and led the G-League with 141 triples. He tallied 12, 20-point games, with a season-high of 41 against the Wisconsin Herd, hitting 15-of-28 from the field and 9-of-17 from behind the arc.
