CLEVELAND (5/20/2025) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's lacrosse team saw 12 members honored by the Mid-American Conference on the league's Honor Roll.
Four athletes received the Presidential Award, while another four were on the Commissioner's Award.
The Presidential Award recognizes graduating student-athletes who have achieved a 3.5 minimum cumulative grade-point average. Those student-athletes whose eligibility is exhausted would also be eligible for this award. It may only be awarded once in the career of a student-athlete.
The Commissioner's Award recognizes those student-athletes who have achieved a 3.5 minimum cumulative grade-point average after two semesters or three quarters. Student-athletes will be listed using the grades from the most recent academic term. First year and graduating seniors are not eligible. Transfer students must complete one full academic year prior to being eligible.
The MAC Honor Roll is comprised of student-athletes with a minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA (on a 4.0 rating basis). Freshman and transfers in their first year of residence are not eligible for the award.
