Leavell Ends 2025 Top Five In Nation In Saves Per Game

Senior Meredith Leavell was top five in the nation in saves per game.

INDIANAPOLIS (6/6/2025) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's lacrosse team saw a few members record national stat rankings during the 2025 campaign.

Meredith Leavell

The senior concluded a great career by finishing second in the MAC and fourth in the nation with 11.07 saves per game
Her 166 saves were also third in the MAC and 19th in the NCAA, while her 2.87 ground balls per game were second in the league and 18th in DI
She posted a career-high 22 saves in the season opener against San Diego State, the most by any goalie this season and the second most in school history
Leavell ended her collegiate action with 554 saves, third in school history, along with 9.55 saves per game, also third
Her .447 save percentage was second, while her 13.75 goals-against average was fourth
She scooped up 2.34 ground balls per game, sixth in the school record book.

Maddy Camm

Was fourth in the MAC and 44th in the nation with 1.67 caused turnovers per game
She also pulled down 3.47 draws per game, 11th in the MAC, and her 2.67 ground balls per game were fifth in the MAC and 31st in DI
Offensively, her career-high 20 assists were fourth in the conference
Camm would end her career with 83 caused turnovers, which is third in school history, and 1.38 caused turnovers per game, which is second
Her 126 draws are ninth, while her 121 ground balls stand 12th, and her 46 assists are fifth

Alyssa Jarvis

Finished sixth in the league and 88th in the nation with 4.07 draw controls per game and third in the conference, and 67th in the country with a .508 shot percentage
She ended her junior campaign with 146 draws, tied for fifth in the record book, and with 3.11 draws per game, sixth in Titan history

Leah Bodnar

Tied for fifth in the MAC with 1.13 assists per game

Libby Cuckler

Also tied for fifth in the MAC with 1.13 helpers per game
Sixth with 3.93 shots on goal per contest
