2010-11: Had a 3-3 record at the Istvan Danosi (Dec. 5)... Went 2-1 vs. Case Western at the Cleveland State Duals (Jan. 15)... Added five more wins to season total at the Duals of Notre Dame (Jan. 29-30) with a 2-1 win over Swarthmore and single victories over Florida, Lawrence, and Northwestern...Tallied a 3-0 win over California Tech at the Northwestern Megameet (Feb. 5-6)... At the MFC Championships (Mar. 5-6), registered an 8-9 meet record which was the second-best mark on the men's sabre team.

Prior to Detroit: Earned two varsity letters in track and three in tennis reaching the state finals in track in 2009... Also lettered in football.

Personal: Son of Bart and Linda Trombly... Has two siblings, Sara and Alivia... Mother Linda also attended UDM... Part of the Quiz Bowl in 2009-10... Was part of the newspaper, various sports and recycling club in high school... Enjoys playing the guitar and hunting... Majoring in chemistry.
