All-Horizon League- 2nd Team- Outdoor: 400mH-’05; 4x400m- ’05; Indoor: 4x400m-‘05

2008: Missed most of the year due to injury…Competed in four meets with a best of 50.93 in the 400m at the Spartan Invite.

2007: Missed season due to injury recurrence after a good opener at Findlay…Seventh in 300m at 36.66 and ninth in 60mH in 8.64 at the Oiler Opener.

2006 Outdoor: Successful year cut short by injury…400mH PR of 53.44 for fourth at Hillsdale and the next week was third at the Paddock Invite running 53.53…Won 110mH (15.6) in Oakland dual the day after taking third in 15.41 at the Miami Invite, where he was also 6th in the 400mH in 55.53.

Indoor: Won team’s Coach’s Award with big breakthrough season…Opened season at Kent State with a 49.70 400m PR making him the  seventh Titan to break 50 indoors…60mH PR of 8.51 to take second at the EMU/CMU Double Dual…Third at Central Collegiate 400m (49.76)…Recovered from a shaky day at Horizon League qualifying to take third in the 60mH (8.53); fourth in the 400m with a PR and #3 Titan indoors of 48.90 and ran lead-off leg of third place 4x400m.

2005 Outdoor: Rookie of the Year award winner… Ran his best at the Horizon League championship, he was the runner-up in the 400mH in his PR of 54.20 (#4 Titan); placed 4th in the 110mH, another PR of 15.09 (#5 Titan); and had a carry on the runner-up 4x400m that ran the Titan fastest since 1996 of 3:14.85…. 26th place at the Drake Relays in the 400m hurdles (55.86)…Ran his pre-Horizon League PRs at Bucknell, taking fifth in the 110mH (15.14) and seventh in the 400mH (55.70).

Indoor: Horizon League finalist in the 60mH running his PR of 8.59 and scored on the runner-up 4x400m and 4th place Distance Medley…36.54 300m PR at Windsor.

High School: 2004 Michigan Division 2 Champion in 300mH and runner-up in 110mHH and represented Michigan at Midwest Meet of Champions in the 110mHH; 2003 Michigan Division 2 sixth place 300m Hurdles.
