2008 Cross Country: Career best finish of 120th in 34:21 at muddy NCAA Regional to help team to 19th place, best finish since 1998…Equaled best Horizon League finish taking 32nd…8k PR of 26:11 at Louisville.

Outdoor: Horizon League scorer in 10,000m taking fifth in 32:26.13 and ran season best of 15:56.43 for 14th in the 5000m.

Indoor: finished ninth in the Horizon League 5000m running 15:49.75 and got an indoor PR in 3000m of 9:04.88 for 14th…Won EMU Classic 5000m at 16:06.44.

2007 Outdoor: Struggled with injury but took fifth in Horizon League 5000m running 15:44.41 in hot and humid conditions…Won the 3000m in the dual with Oakland running 9:03.1.

Indoor: Returned to racing after missing a year to injury…Ran his best at the Horizon League meet running indoor PRs in the 3000m- 9:05.62 and 5000m- 15:35.49 taking 11th and 8th respectively.

2006: redshirt.

2005 Cross Country: Opened season with 21:30 4 mile PR for 6th at the Golden Grizzly Open…8k PR of 26:37 at the Paul Short Run...lowered it to 26:32 for 32nd place at the Horizon League championship… 165th place at the NCAA regional.

Outdoor: joined teammate Mead Goedert in putting in miles and on the Titan Top 10…15:25.21 5000m PR at Duke, good for #7 on the Titan Top 10…a week later claimed the rookie 10,000m record and the #4 Titan spot with his 31:47.18 at Bucknell…3000m PR of 9:01.57 at EMU and was 12th in the Horizon League 10,000m in 32:22.36, a time also under the previous rookie record.

Indoor: ran indoor PRs of 9:06.40 and 15:52.19 at the Horizon League championship, placing 20th in both races…mile indoor PR of 4:39.17 at the Silverston Invite.

2004 Cross Country: Top five runner in each race…8k PR of 26:42 at National Catholics…10k PR of 34:27 at Western Ontario…165th place at NCAA regional just off 10k PR running 34:34.

High School: All-State Michigan Division 2 Cross Country in 2002 and 2003, finishing 11th in ’03…2004 seventh place in the Michigan Division 2 3200m.
