Prior to Detroit: Played two years at Anchor Bay before choosing to work privately with a trainer and practice with a boys club team her final two years of high school... In those last two years, she was dually enrolled in college classes at Macomb Community College... Played with the Rochester Soccer Club for the past two seasons playing in the State Cup.

Personal: Daughter of Nancy and John Tatar... Has one sibling, Julia... Born in Detroit... Earned a varsity letter for being in the symphonic band and marching band playing the flute and the piccolo... Major is nursing.
