2014-15: Named to UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2013-14: Improved upon her first season with 12 victories overall, tying for the team lead in the foil ... Had three one-touch victories on the season ... Finished 58th at the Midwest Fencing Conference Championships (3/2) ... Earned three victories at the UDM Invitational (1/25) ... Placed 14th at the season-opening Danosi Open (12/8).

2012-13: Finished her first season of fencing with three wins... Placed in a tie for 55th in women's foil at MFC Championships at Notre Dame (3/2-3)... Picked up a win at Notre Dame Duals (2/23)... Earned a victory at Northwestern (2/3)... Was 18th in women's foil at the Istvan Danosi (12/2) hosted by Wayne State... Named to UDM Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Prior to Detroit: Played varsity softball final two years of high school at Bishop Foley... Softball team was district champions in each of her two seasons with the Ventures... Was also a member of the cross country team her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Sean and Lisa Powers... Has three siblings, Brian, John, and Elizabeth... Was in three spring musicals in high school... Was also part of Medical Science Club and "Be the Difference Day" Leadership Committee... Enjoys baking... Enrolled in five-year Physician Assistant program at UDM.
