In his sophomore and junior years he was named All-Conference, All-District, All-Region and All-Observer... Was also named All-State his junior year... Played on the Crew Soccer Academy (CSA) Wolves Club team for two years and led the Wolves to the Nationals Finals Week in the United States Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) helping the team finish third... Following that run, Atwood was named to the Players to Watch Out For USSDA after he led the country in goals... Also earned a letter in basketball.
