2014-15: Started all seven tournaments for the Titans… Lowered his average to a career-low 76.89, fifth on the team, with a pair of top-20 efforts… Carded four rounds at par or better… Recorded a score in the 70’s or 60’s in 14 of his 19 rounds… Claimed a share of 13th at the Wright State Collegiate with a 223 (77-75-71)… Tied for 24th at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate with a career-low 218 (74-75-69), finishing the tournament with a bang carding a 3-under 69 on the final 18… Tied for 28th at the Turning Stone Tiger Intercollegiate with a 231 (80-72-79), which included an even-par 72 in the second round… Carded his 36-hole career best with a 147 (72-75) at the Cleveland State Invitational, where he had another even-par 72 on the opening 18… Shot a 157 (75-82) tying for 58th at the Dayton Flyer Invitational… Shot a 247 (78-84-85) for 33rd at the Horizon League Championship.
2013-14: Played in eight of Detroit’s nine tournaments as a rookie and was in the starting line-up six times… Fourth on the team with a 78.18 average in 22 rounds of golf, with 15 rounds in the 70’s, including eight of his last nine… Had his best performance of the year at the Horizon League Championship earning All-Tournament by taking third with a career-best 221 (71-74-76)… He was tied for the lead after day one with a career-low 1-under 71 and never left the top five as he had the best finish by a Titan freshman since David Byrne won it all in 2007… Tied for 28th at the Red Flash Invitational with a 158 (83-75)… Had a season-low 36-hole score of 154 (78-76) at the Bradley Invitational, tying for 34th… Totaled a 231 (80-75-76) for a share of 53rd at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate… Had his best performance of the fall playing as an individual at the Cleveland State Invitational tying for 52nd with a season-low 231 (77-78-76)… Started his collegiate career by tying for 61st at Missouri’s Turning Stone Tiger Intercollegiate with a 239 (80-79-80)… Shared 57th at the Wolverine Intercollegiate with a 239 (84-78-77)…A member of the Detroit Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
Personal: A letter winner in golf, football and basketball in high school… MVP as a junior and a captain as a senior... A transfer from Brother Rice – where he played with fellow freshman Kyle Gaines - as a junior, he took over as Stoney Creek's top golfer earning All-District and All-North Oakland County honors... Claimed third at the Oakland County Division 1 Championship with a 75 and was also the medalist at the Oakland Activities Association (OAA) Red Conference Championship carding a 74... He went on to record several top-10 finishes in the summer of 2012, including a win at a Golfweek Junior Tour event that was played at the University of Kentucky... He also finished sixth at the Michigan PGA Junior Tour's Tour Championship, ninth at the PGA Junior Series event at Purdue and 11th in the Michigan Junior PGA Sectional Championship...
