2014: Shared the Kevin Donner Team MVP Award... Took part in six of the Titans’ seven races, missing only the Canisius Alumni Classic due to academic requirements for her nursing major… Ran under 19 in all three of her 5k races… Led Detroit in three races, while running in the scoring five in all six races she participated in… Set her 5k career best of 18:47 at the Greater Louisville Classic for 40th place… Posted a career 6k time of 22:33 for 16th at the Horizon League Championship, besting her previous 6k time by nearly two minutes… Started the season with a pair of top-seven finishes claiming sixth at the Golden Grizzly Open and seventh at the 28th Annual Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational…Was 31st at the National Catholic Championships in 18:51, more than a minute faster than her three previous runs on the Notre Dame course… Clocked a 23:36 for 180th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships… A four-year varsity letter winner... 2013: Was the Comeback Athlete of the Year at the team banquet… Ran in six of Detroit’s seven races on the season… Posted a pair of times under 20 minutes in the 5k giving her seven total in her career… Had her season best time of 19:46 for 31st at the Horizon League Championship… Crossed the finish line in 19:56 for 75th at Notre Dame’s National Catholic Championships… Claimed 28th at the 27th Annual Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational with a time of 20:18… Started the year placing 21st at the Golden Grizzly Open in 16:59... A member of the Detroit Athletic Director's Honor Roll and the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2012: Took part in the first three races of the season before an injury forced her to miss the remainder of the year…Ran a career 4k mark of 15:29 for eighth at the Golden Grizzly Open… Posted a time of 19:54 for 29th at the Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational… Ran 19:47 for 122nd at the National Catholic Championship… Earned a spot on the Detroit Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2011: Shared Co-Team MVP Award with Katrina Oberski as determined by coaches...Top Titan finisher in four of her six races... Made her collegiate debut at the National Catholic Championships (19:59)... Recorded her season-best 5k (19:16) at Louisville... Top Titan at the Horizon League Championships finishing 25th (20:44)... Placed 176th at the NCAA Regional running (6k) 24:04.
High School: Placed 20th at the 2010 Ontario High School Cross Country Championships... On the track, she took third in the 1500-meter steeplechase and 14th in the 3000-meter run... Finished sixth overall in the 2000-meter steeplechase at the 2011 Canadian Junior Nationals.
Personal: Daughter of Tayssir and Dania Baydoun... Has a sister, Lama and a brother, Abdul... Graduated Magna Cum Laude in Nursing in 2015 and is currently pursuing her masters in Liberal Studies.
