2009 Cross Country: Won team Coach’s Award…Finished as the top Titan in his first two races in uniform following injuries that kept him out of track season… Ran his Cass-Benton PR of 21:10 for 13th at the Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invite …Improved his National Catholic finish nine spots taking 25th at 26:31... Took 20th at the HL championship improving two spots…114th at Great Lake Regional.

Outdoor: Competed once while redshirting, running 5000m at Detroit Track & Field Classic in16:16.80.

Indoor: Redshirt.

2008 Cross Country: Titan Rookie of Year…79th at NCAA regional, the third best UDM rookie finish, running the muddy 10k in 33:14…21:11 4-miler at Cass-Benton, the third best rookie time…25:51 for 8k PR at Louisville…22nd at Horizon League championship.

High School: A two-time state qualifier in the 3200m, finishing eighth as a senior, as well as taking 10th in the Michigan Division 3 cross country championships.
