  • Led the team in all six races on the year and was top 20 in four of them and top 10 in a pair of competitions
  • Took seventh place in a career-best 21:28 for First Team accolades at the Horizon League Championships, shaving 26 seconds off her previous best, as she became just the third person in school history to earn four All-HL honors
  • Her time was the third-best in school history, behind only Kim Hemstreet's top two runs
  • Ended her career 85th in 22:01 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships, the 10th Titan to post multiple top-100 finishes at the GLR and the first since Louisa Coppola in 2012 and 2013.
  • Clocked a career 5k time of 17:47 for runner-up honors at the Canisius Alumni Classic, just 14 seconds shy of the school record
  • Ran 18:27 for 20th at the Live in the Lou Classic and 22nd in 18:22 at Notre Dame's National Catholic Championships
  • Started the year with a time of 19:53 for 21st at the Michigan Open
  • In her career, she posted eight sub-19 minute 5k runs, fourth in school history, in 10 total 5k races
  • Ran sub-23 minute 6k's in six of the nine total events of that distance, and registered four of the top 15 6k times in school history, including third with the 21:28 she had at the 2023 Horizon League Championship and 10th with a 21:54 at the 2022 NCAA GLR


2022:

  • Personal record in the 6k at the Horizon League Championship, finishing second in 21:55.4 
  • Led the Titans finishing in the top-100 as she ran a 21:54 time for 77th overall at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships, with the 6k time ninth in school history 
  • Also becomes the 30th Titan finisher inside the top-100 at the NCAA regionals 
  • Personal record in the 5k of 18:09 at the Live In Lou Classic, winning the race and tying for the 12th fastest 5k in school history
  • Ran 18:36 at Notre Dame's National Catholics, 10th fastest time in school history at Notre Dame, placing 17th
  • Won the BSN Titans Invitational, earning HL Female Runner of the Week honors


2021:

  • Competed in all six races on the year and led the Titans on five occasions
  • Was All-Horizon League for the second time in her career taking 14th in a 6k career-best 23:32
  • Ran 23:58 for 16th at Bowling Green
  • Posted a time of 19:21 for 30th at the National Catholic Championships
  • Placed fourth at the Running Fit-Detroit Mercy Invite and set her 5k career-low of 18:40 for 11th at Louisville 
  • Named to the Horizon League All-Academic Team


2020:

  • Earned the team's MVP award
  • Ran in both races on the season starting with a ninth-place finish in 18:51 in her cross country debut at the Wright State Winter XC Challenge
  • Was All-Horizon League Second team after placing 13th in 23:13 at the Horizon League Championships
  • A member of the Horizon League All-Academic Team

2019:
  • Redshirt

Prior to Detroit Mercy: 
  • Four-year letter winner at Lake Orion High School 
  • OAA Scholar athlete for cross country and track all four year
  • Tabbed All-League for cross country in all four years
  • A MHSAA D1 cross country qualifier all four years and placed 31st as a senior
  • Took seventh on the 4x800M and was a MHSAA D1 3,200-meter qualifier in 2018
  • Part of the school record quartet for the 4x800m as a junior
