  • Set a 1,500m PR with a run of 4:43.45, 10th in school history, for fifth and also won the 5,000m in 17:38.21 at Eastern Illinois' Big Blue Classic
  • Took 12th in 16:57.63 in the 5,000m at Bucknell's Bison Classic
  • Broke a 20-year-old school record clocking a time of 35:07.45 for sixth place in the 10,000m at the famous Drake Relays
  • Earned 12 points at the Horizon League Championships, claiming third in the 5,000m (17:08.64) and 10,000m (36:01.38)

2023-24 Indoor:
  • Started the season with a runner-up effort in the 3,000m in a time of 10:15.35 at the SVSU Classic
  • Was ninth in the 3,000m (10:04.13) at the Grand Valley Bill Clinger Classic and then took third in the event in 17:10.08 at the Grand Valley Big Meet
  • Set a PR in the mile in 5:04.64, seventh in school history, for third at Michigan's Silverston Invitational
  • Posted a career times and registered 10 points at the Horizon League Championships, running 9:51.51 in the 3,000m for fourth, and the second-best run in school history, and also claimed fourth in the 5,000m in a school-record 16:47.58, a time that stood since 2002

2023 Outdoor:
  • Third in the 10,000m and fourth in the 5,000m (17:30.96) at the Horizon League Championships
  • Captured the mile in 5:22.56 at Oakland's Last Chance Meet
  • Won the 5,000m in 17:38.19 at the Miami RedHawk Invitational

2022-23 Indoor:
  • Personal record in the mile at Silverston
  • Took 10th in the 5,000m in 18:03.53 at the Horizon League Championships

2022 Outdoor:
  • PR in the 5,000m at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational (17:21.78)
  • PR in the 10,000m at the Bison Classic (36:12.16)
  • PR in the 1500m at the Elaine Leigh Classic (4:51.97)
  • Scored taking fifth in the 10,000m in 36:48.98 and was also ninth in the 5000m in17:56.74 at the Horizon League Championships

2021-22 Indoor
  • PR and won the 3000m at the Akron Invitational (10:27.18) 

2021 Outdoor:
  • Placed fourth in the 5000m at the 54th Annual Hillsdale College “GINA” Relays
  • Finished sixth in the 10,000m at the Horizon League Championships

2020-21 Indoor:
  • Won the 3000m at the SVSU Tune-up (10:43.16)

2019 Indoor:
  • Ran 5:39 in the mile at the Silverston Invitational
  • Ran a PR in the 3000m at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 10:31

Prior to Detroit Mercy:
  • Four-year letter winner at Lake Orion High School 
  • OAA Scholar athlete for cross country and track all four year
  • Tabbed All-League for cross country in all four years
  • A MHSAA D1 cross country qualifier all four years and placed 31st as a senior
  • Took seventh on the 4x800M and was a MHSAA D1 3,200-meter qualifier in 2018
  • Part of the school record quartet for the 4x800m as a junior
