2009 Cross Country: Earned her fourth Cross Country varsity letter becoming the 23rd harrier in school history to accomplish that feat…20:17 5k season best at National Catholics…60th-place finish at Horizon League Championships running 21:46 at Kensington…Placed 212th at the NCAA Regional at Indiana.

Outdoor: Season bests at Horizon League in 800m of 2:22.64 and 1500m of 5:05.68, finishing 15th and 16th, respectively…A member of 4x800m that ran #5 Titan time of 9:38.08 at the Raleigh Relays…Member of winning 4x400m team versus Oakland.

Indoor: Member of the third place 4x400m at Horizon League meet as well as placing ninth in the mile with a personal record of 5:27.02…PR of 3:07.39 for 1000m at Windsor…Member of fourth place distance medley relay and sixth place 4x400m at Michigan Intercollegiate.

2008 Cross Country: Won th team’s Coaches award, as she ran three PR’s and was top Titan finisher on two occasions…20:23 5k PR at Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invite, which she lowered to 19:40 at Louisville…Top Titan on back to back weeks running 20:09 at the Michigan Intercollegiate and then at Bowling Green running a 6k PR of 24:00…Placed 52nd at Horizon League Championships.

Outdoor: 800m PR to 2:21.12 finishing ninth at the Horizon League Meet…2:21.61 at Hillsdale was previous PR…1500m PR of 5:05.03 at Toledo.

Indoor: Member of UDM indoor record 4x400m of 3:57.66 that took third at the HL meet...Indoor 400m PR of 60.64 to qualify for final…1:39.69 600m PR at Windsor moving to #7 on all-time list…1000m PR of 3:11.74 at Notre Dame.

2007 Cross Country: Season best of 20:56 at National Catholics…Finished 63rd at Horizon League Championships. 

Outdoor: Member of fourth place Horizon League 4x400m that ran 3:56.75, the #4 Titan quartet and fastest since 2001…Seventh place in Horizon League Meet 400m (60.23) after running 59.82 in preliminary, that ranks as the #7 Titan 400m…59.84 for sixth in 400m at EMU and split sub-60 on third place 4x400m (3:59.07)…800m PR of 2:22.88 at Hillsdale.

Indoor: HL scorer in 800m taking sixth in 2:23.65 and anchor of third place 4x400m…800m PR of 2:23.08 in Horizon League preliminary…600m runner-up at Windsor Team Challenge with a 1:41.55 that ranks #9 on Titan Top-10…2:23.67 for then 800m PR at Golden Flash Gala.

2006 Cross Country: Won team Kevin Donner MVP in her lifetime first season of Cross Country…5k PR of 20:29 for 9th at Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invite…35th place in Horizon League championship running 20:59 on the muddy course…6k debut running 26:08 for 198th at NCAA regional.

Prior to Detroit: A member of the fourth-place NCAA Division III 4x400m at Calvin College as well as a member of the basketball team.

High School: 2005 Michigan Division1 400m state qualifier…A member of the 2004 Michigan Division 1 4x800m seventh-place relay team and a 400m qualifier.

Personal: Full name is Jennifer Marie DeFauw...Born on January 11, 1987…Daughter of Paul and Marie DeFauw…Father ran cross country for U-D from 1977-1980…Majoring in mathematics with teacher education and psychology minor with a 3.85GPA.
