2006 Cross Country: Redshirt.

2005 Cross Country: Posted a 21:30 4-mile PR for sixth at the Golden Grizzly Open...8k PR of 26:37 at the Paul Short Run...Lowered it to 26:32 for 32nd place at the HL championship.

2004 Cross Country: Top five runner in each race...10k PR of 34:27 at Western Ontario Open...165th place at NCAA regional just off 10k PR running a 34:34.

High School: All-State Michigan Division 2 Cross Country in 2002 and 2003 finishing 11th in '03...2004 7th place Michigan Division 2 3200m.
