2012 Outdoor:  Opened season with 26 second PR in steeplechase running 11:41.08 at Eastern Illinois (3/30-31)... Lowered 5000m to 18:21.08 at Bucknell (4/13-15)... Was a Horizon League scorer (5/4-6) in Milwaukee taking sixth in steeplechase with PR of 11:33.59.
 
2012 Indoor:  Ran anchor leg on Horizon League (2/25-26) sixth place DMR (12:38.17) of 5:16 and then ran PR in 3000m of 10:31.94... First trip to YSU (2/3-4) resulted in 5:17 PR carry on DMR (12:42.53) and 3000m PR of 10:32.48... Broke 5:20 in mile at GVSU Tune-up (2/17) at 5:18.75 after running 5:22 at IPFW (1/28) and Red Simmons (1/21)... Set 5000m PR of 18:31.99 at Big Meet at GVSU (2/10-11).

2011 Cross Country: Set her 5k personal record at the National Catholics with a time of 19:25... Nearly reached that time again as she ran 19:27 at Louisville... Top Titan at Guelph running 19:44... Placed 33rd at the Horizon League Championships... Improved her NCAA Regional finish by 20 spots finishing 187th.
 
2011 Outdoor: Opened season with a 5000m PR of 19:07.56 at Colonial Relays... Lowered her time to 18:56.48 at Hillsdale... Set a personal record in the steeplechase clocking in at 12:17.31 at EMU... Improved her time to 12:07.31 at the Horizon League meet to take ninth.
 
2011 Indoor: Anchored the sixth place Horizon League Distance Medley relay team (12:37.22 #7 Titan) with a 5:22 1600m carry... Ran a personal best 10:45.76 in the 3000m to earn 12th place... Set a 5000m PR of 19:09.85 at Grand Valley’s Holiday Open... Set her Mile PR (5:26.76) at the Silverston Invite.
 
2010 Cross Country: Recorded her first sub-20 5k race at the Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invite... Finished 14th at the invite with a run of 19:57, a 29 second improvement from the previous year... Ran 19:42 at the Louisville Classic good enough for 78th place... Tied her personal 6k record at Penn State (24:06)... Placed 33rd at the Horizon League Championships finishing in 19:40... Ended year at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a time of 24:53.
 
2010 Outdoor: The ninth Titan to complete a steeplechase taking third at the Oakland Dual (12:53.46)... 5000m best of 19:36.63... Took 21st place at the Horizon League Championships in the 5000m (19:41.24).
 
2010 Indoor: Ran lead-off 1200m leg of 4:01.5 on the fourth place distance medley relay team at the HL meet... Also finished 11th in the mile (5:29.69)... Additional PR’s include a 5:29.08 mile and an 11:12.20 in the 3000m.
 
2009 Cross Country: 20:09 season-best 5k at Louisville... 24:06 6k PR at Bowling Green... 42nd place finish at HL meet.
